WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In stock pieces are shipped within 3 business days. Made to order pieces require approximately 6-12 weeks for production unless specified. Once an item is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Ground shipping is free and we ship via UPS or FedEx. We also offer expedited shipping with additional charges at checkout.

• Ground: 7-10 business days

• FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

• FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to Canada, Australia & New Zealand, UK, parts of Europe and parts of Asia. You can select country to ship to at checkout. Buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email contact@captivantcollection.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
