JEWELRY CARE

Fine jewelry by nature is delicate and needs to be cared for accordingly. Avoid getting lotion, perfume, hair spray and other chemicals on your fine jewelry pieces. Take off your jewelry before showering and lay them flat to avoid tangling. To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub gold and diamonds. Pearl and Mother of Pearl pieces require extra care. Do not clean pearls or mother of pearls with any chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.

WARRANTY

Quality and craftsmanship are very important to us and we do our best to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. Should there be a defect in your piece, please reach out to us at contact@captivantcollection.com and we will service it for you.

Captivant Collection offers a limited 6-month warranty on any breakage caused by manufacturer defect on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This includes loose diamonds or prongs, missing pave stones, broken clasps, or broken soft chains. Normal wear and tear such as but not limited to scratches, dents, kinked chains, misshapen bands or cracked stones as well as lost or stolen pieces are not covered by our warranty.
